This is a juvenile Bicolor parrotfish (Cetoscarus bicolor) at Kuda Miaru Thila.  It's only a few cm long now, but it'll grow to nearly a metre.

An incredibly-well camouflaged Tasselled Scorpionfish (Scorpaenopsis oxycephala) at Kalu Giri.  Govinda had to point to it several times before I could see it.
