This is either a Blackspotted Puffer (Arothron nigropunctatus) or a Bluespotted Puffer (Arothron caeruleopunctatus) being attended by Bluestreak Cleaner Wrasse (Labroides dimidiatus) amongst gorgeous Naked Soft Corals (Chironephthya sp.) at Thudufushi Thila.
