- Representing Streamline on the RBSG Project Board for a high-profile e-Procurement and e-Payment project with the Treasury's Office of Government Commerce.buying solutions Department. Responsible for delivering Streamline's Purchasing Card processing solution to the Board. Liaison with internal and external development teams to ensure the smooth integration of Streamline's service within the overall project.
- Product Champion for a solution enabling Streamline's merchant customers to download from Streamline's Web site essential management information derived from mainframe host processing systems. Business Requirements definition, marketing strategy, liaison with technical solution developers from both host processing systems and Web development team.

- Leading a mixed team of internal, MoD and third-party trainers to set up and deliver, in Oman, a two-month programme of Procurement training, leading to Certification, for the Omani Ministry of Defence.

- Design and development of a Multimedia CD-ROM based Induction package for an RAF base.
- Design and delivery of a complete training programme for a major Government Department's NT migration project, involving awareness sessions, hands-on classroom courses, CBT, study guides, post-training support and a complete delegate booking service. A £1m programme.
- Provision of Personal Effectiveness Training courses for a major aerospace client, including an intranet site.
- Design and delivery of a 200-page self paced study guide for a major Government Department's bespoke application.
